Bobcats Set Season Low Times at Harry F. Anderson Invitational

Rochester, NY. Once again, with an outstanding team effort, the Bryant & Stratton College Cross Country team, produced their best times of the season. Lead by Senior team captain, Brandon Moore (Phoenicia, NY), the Bobcats sealed a 15th place team finish in the 183-man field. ?Brandon is poised to produce a career best time. He is improving every single week.? Said head coach, Ryan Johnson.

?Brandon?s leadership is very valuable to the team.? Brandon was followed by freshman Cory Mcgaughy and Emmanuel Lopez (pictured above). Cory and Emmanuel crossed the finish line within seconds of each other.

Sophomore, Raekwon Darby (Utica, NY), finished in (team) fourth position with a personal record 8K time of 35:30. Raekwon was followed by Freshman Je?Maul Belton (Liverpool, NY), Sophomore Sevon Caldwell (Mount Vernon, NY), and freshman Joe McIntyre (Phoenix, NY). Je?Maul, Sevon and Joe all finished within 12 seconds of each other.

?This was a true team effort? said Coach Johnson. ?I was very happy with today?s effort. Freshman Tyler Short (Owego, NY) and Travell Wright (Brooklyn, NY) have continued to impress me this year. Both men produced personal best times today.? They are true examples of commitment and hard work.?

?The team continues to improving every week.? Said coach Johnson. ?It is a pleasure to coach such a dedicated, hardworking group of student athletes.?
