Cross Country finishes their first season under Coach Richards strong!

All the hard work and dedication payed off when it counted. In the Nationals Men?s 8k race Cory McGaughy lead the way placing 65th moving up 17 spots from last year with a time of 31:09 averaging a 6:17 mile. Captain Tyler Short also moved up 25 spots coming in at 124th with a time of 37:11 averaging a 7:29 mile. Je?Maul Belton ran his strongest race of the year placing 121 with a time of 36:10 averaging a 7:17 mile. In the Nationals Women?s 6k race Crystal Powell started strong and placed 84th with a time of 39:36 averaging a 10:38 mile.

Coach Richards looks to retool for next year as this strong sophomore class will move on to other opportunities!
